These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and c44com ("c44com", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://c44com.cam/. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of c44com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

c44com is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform operated for the benefit of users including, but not limited to, users based in Pakistan. The platform provides access to sports betting, live casino games, slot games and related gambling entertainment. c44com does not hold or claim a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim endorsement or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of c44com following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on c44com, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet awards or other incentive amounts credited to an Account, which are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before deposits, withdrawals or certain platform features are approved.
• "Platform" means the c44com website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications or services.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User using an accepted payment method, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino and informational services made available through c44com.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Where PKR figures appear as illustrative examples on c44com, they are examples only and not guaranteed amounts.

To register for and use c44com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as a business entity or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, gambling block list or similar restriction applicable to the operator.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by c44com for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of c44com or any associated operator entity.

c44com reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any point in the account lifecycle, not solely at registration. Failure to produce satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the platform will result in account suspension pending verification.

c44com provides access to a range of deposit methods. The availability of specific payment options — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and card payments — is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration, applicable compliance requirements and the terms of the relevant payment service provider.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• c44com does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. Check the cashier for current limits.
• c44com is not liable for any delays caused by payment processing intermediaries, bank clearing windows or network outages.
• Deposited funds are held for gambling purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• Any fees charged by your bank, wallet provider or card issuer in connection with a deposit are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, compliance with all applicable wagering requirements where Bonus Funds are involved, and review by the operator's responsible gambling and anti-money laundering compliance teams.

• KYC requirement: Full verification of identity and payment method ownership is required before any withdrawal is approved. This typically requires a valid CNIC or passport, and may also require proof of address and payment method verification.
• Processing time: Withdrawal processing times vary by method, operator queue status and the outcome of any required compliance checks. No specific processing times are guaranteed.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is published in the cashier. This threshold may vary by payment method.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, subject to operator policy and method availability.
• Right to request documentation: c44com reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process to satisfy AML, KYC or responsible gambling obligations.
• Withholding: c44com may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or violation of these Terms.

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available through c44com are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus principles set out below. Users are strongly advised to read all applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x requirement necessitates PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at 100%; live casino, table games and sports may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from activation. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated with Bonus Funds. Any winnings exceeding this cap may be removed.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Deposit-match bonuses activate only when the qualifying minimum deposit is met. Deposits below the threshold do not trigger the bonus.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per eligible Account.

The following general principles apply to all bets placed on c44com. Specific sport-by-sport and market-by-market rules are published separately in the operator's sportsbook rules documentation.

• All bets are accepted at the operator's discretion. c44com reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where an in-play cash-out option is available and used in accordance with its specific terms.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake, c44com reserves the right to void affected bets. Users will be notified and stakes returned where applicable.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and Test matches — is subject to the operator's cricket-specific rules covering rain-interrupted play, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations, mid-match events and pitch or venue changes.
• c44com does not guarantee the continuous availability of any betting market. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, including during live events.
• Winning bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted, not at any subsequently quoted odds.
• The use of automated bet-placement tools, arbitrage strategies or any approach determined by c44com to constitute systematic exploitation of the platform is prohibited and may result in account restriction.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on c44com. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one Account for any purpose, including bonus exploitation.
• Using false, stolen or fabricated identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud or theft.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law, where you are aware of such prohibition.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after legitimately placing bets.
• Providing access to your Account to a third party for any purpose.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct toward support staff or other platform users.

All content on c44com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of c44com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from c44com without prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c44com and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

• c44com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• c44com is not liable for losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including illustrative PKR figures, RTP examples or payment method descriptions.
• c44com is not liable for any losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, bank processing issues or network outages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

c44com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• KYC or identity verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has been identified.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account action.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting c44com support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned via your verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal terms. Bonus Funds are non-refundable on account closure.

Your personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with c44com's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on c44com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c44com collects personal data including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and KYC documentation for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and, where you have consented, marketing communications.

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings where this feature is supported by the operator.
• Loss limits: Loss limit controls may be available to help users cap net losses within a defined period.

Users in Pakistan bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to c44com's customer support for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the operator's licence jurisdiction.

c44com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided prior to the new Terms taking effect — for example, via a notice displayed on the platform or an email to your registered address. Minor or clarificatory amendments may take effect without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of c44com after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
